C. Device & Technical Information

• Device ID, Android/iOS identifiers • IP address • App usage patterns • Crash logs & analytics

D. Location Information

Collected only with permission. Required for nearby vendors and local offers. Can be disabled anytime.

E. Activity Information

• QR scans at vendor outlets • Hoto Points earned or redeemed • Search history • Offer usage patterns

F. Vendor Information (Vendor App Users)

• Store name, address, GST number (if provided) • Business category & offer details • Staff/counter information (optional) Vendors are responsible for accuracy of submitted information.

G. Payment Information

Wallet recharges are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways like Cashfree. Hoto does not store raw payment credentials.

We collect information when you:

• Register or create an account • Recharge your wallet • Scan QR codes • Earn or redeem Hoto Points • Browse the platform • Contact support • Interact with notifications • Participate in offers or surveys

We may also receive limited data from:

• Payment partners • Analytics tools • Social login providers (only with permission)

Your data may be stored in India or with secure international cloud providers under strict safeguards.
